Water Bottle Hydration Technique for Losing Weight

Water can also be one of the best tools for losing weight and for maintaining your ability to rise out of a sleeping or satiated mood. Regular drinking of water is essential to your mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health. What can you do to make sure you have an adequate amount of water all day long?  There are some easy ideas to make sure you have an ample supply. Keep some water with you when you are out and about and when you are tired or just looking for a quick boost of energy look for it in your refrigerator. At work always have a water bottle in the chill room or in the fridge.

When planning to have a new hydration plan to incorporate with your diet, the first step is to fill your water bottle with clean water. Next, weigh yourself.  You may want to record the number, so you know exactly how much weight is coming off. Drink no more than 16 ounces a little at a time, or else a reside of heavy liquids will make your stomach feel full and uncomfortable. After you are through drinking about 16 ounces, sit down right away to rest and this will help you to prepare to go back to drinking more water. Once you start drinking more water especially if you are used to it being 16 ounces a little at a time, it should be a smooth running, but some days it may be more like a miasma. Subsequent to your water fast of 2 to 4 days, drink other fluids, but ensure it is in small to moderate proportions. When you feel 10 to 15 days into your fast, make a challenge to drink your first 32+ ounces. If you go back to drinking water after your fast, it  should be a regular habit and not a practice.

For best, remain hydrated, but drink regular amounts of water.  An adequate amount of water is essential to your health and to the weight loss and body cleansing process. Try  to ensure that you have extra water in your bag or storage container, so that you can drink water even when your water fast is done for the day.

If you quit your water fast and resume food eating, a couple of days later, you can put the excess weight on and the trouble you were having with you water weight, you will become adversely affected with the development water weight again, and you will gain back, maybe even more of the water weight you lost. The best and least painful way to lose all of the excess water weight, is to drink water.

  5. At ½ of your body weight in millilitres, drink 2 glasses each time.
Your body is severely dehydrated if you can not give it the amount of water needed to maintain your natural internal functions. Therefore, being properly hydrated is just as important as taking care of your health.
